"I am passionate about movement and its
power of change."

After a classical career in business, working in corporate Human Resources for international companies for over 10 years, Katja felt the call to change. Not knowing at first what the next step will be, a few events and the decisions made, eventually brought her to Australia, home country of her now-husband.

Looking back later, Katja realised that the time of transition was a time of natural alignment and coming back into herself and her truth. Being led.

In Australia, the journey of finding the next step became clear: Embodiment. This was possible through the personal experience and growth Katja was able to go through herself.

Because of the change she has seen in herself and in people she has worked with, and her experiences in the business world, it feels impossible not to share what she feels is a game changer.

Why choosing Katja?

Katja was working in corporate Human Resources of international companies consisting of five to twelve team members. The team was leading local HR managers in different countries. Being geographically apart and having no disciplinary competency required immense finesse to be successful. Through this level of HR managers thousands of employees had to be reached.

In her own experience of leading people, it was always priority for Katja to see the human in the employee and support their qualities and talents. She chose a cooperative relationship rather than coming from a 'higher' place telling what to do.

"It is so rewarding watching people to grow into their potential."

She has great experiences in furthering her people rather than keeping them small to stay in the position which has to be filled otherwise.

Leading Conscious Movement added a whole new level to any leadership technique she knew. Katja could see people expressing which was not even aware before or hard to do. There is a sense of calmness and implicitness coming in which starts to give support for daily business and private life.

Finding the courage to really engage, trust and try to understand the other enabled Katja to reach common ground with her team members and supported them to walk their career paths.
